ASG Homes, as a residential management vehicle for the ASG fund in Spain, has been awarded a licence by Marbella Local Government to begin work on Le Blanc, a complex of 22 semi-detached luxury villas in one of the most prestigious areas of Marbella, the Sierra Blanca residential estate. This will allow construction to begin and the earthworks needed for the development’s foundations to be carried out. This work is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2021.

The 15th edition of the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition was held from 8 to 10 November. We attended the exhibition for the first time, with a stand displaying three of our developments in Malaga: Residencial Infinity (Estepona), La Hacienda de Leala (Torremolinos) and Le Blanc (Marbella). 

Residencial España has been awarded as Best Luxury Residential in the city of Salamanca in the First Excellence in Housing Awards of La Razón, in a gala presided over by the director of the newspaper Francisco Marhuenda, an award that seeks to recognize companies who work so that we all have greater comfort and security within our homes.

ASG teams up with Hard Rock to open a new hotel in Barcelona. The two companies will invest 200 million Euro in a hotel complex situated in the locality of Sant Adrià del Besòs, which plans to open for 2022 and is expected to create 650 jobs. The hotel, made up of 504 guestrooms and occupying an area of 30,000 m2, will be situated on the seafront, right in front of the marina of Port Fòrum.
