ASG Homes, one of the largest operators in the Spanish real estate market, maintains and exceeds its growth targets. As a result, by 2021, the company had completed nearly 900 homes in various locations throughout Spain. Furthermore, ASG Homes will begin 2022 with a development portfolio of 3,000 homes, of which it expects to complete more than 900 in 2022.
The seven developments completed in 2021 are Residencial Torre Iberia in Malilla (Valencia), Residencial Argos I in Seville, Ítaca and Galatea Residencial in Alicante, Residencial Jardín de Cervantes I and II in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and Residencial Infinity in Málaga.
Despite the difficulties of the second year of the health crisis, ASG Homes has been able to respond to the needs of its customers, adapting its products to market trends and implementing commercialisation models that allow customers maximum access to what the developer has to offer.

The signing of a turnkey project agreement with Sociedad Anónima Inmobiliaria Vascongada (SAIV), a subsidiary of Lazora, for the delivery of a 439-home complex in the residential neighbourhood of Seville Este, also marked a milestone for ASG Homes in the previous year. This transaction in the build-to-rent (BTR) housing sector was one of the largest in Spain in 2021. SAIV will be responsible for renting out the flats and managing the finished asset once it is completed, which is expected in the first half of 2024.
