ASG Homes, one of the largest developers in the Spanish real estate market, announces that its Residencial Torre Iberia development in Valencia has been awarded the final BREEAM certification. Residencial Torre Iberia has 90 homes spread over 20 floors and is located in the Malilla neighbourhood of the city of Valencia.
This certification, granted by BREEAM, one of the world's most reputable certifiers of sustainable construction, confirms that the project exceeds the maximum environmental standards currently required.
The Torre Iberia development, delivered back in 2021, has homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, equipped with a garage space, storage room, swimming pool, solarium, green areas, fully equipped gym and bicycle parking. The project is noteworthy for its strategic location on Avenida Fernando Abril Martorell, directly in front of La Fe Hospital and adjacent to the recently opened urban park in the Malilla area, which boasts over 70,000 m2 of green space.
